Contracting Orchestras & Ensembles

Harris Shilakowsky, violinist, conductor, composer, arranger founded a musical service organization called Musicians Unlimited of Boston in 1988, a company which began by contracting entertainers and musical groups for engagements in the greater Boston area.

As concertmaster/contractor, Shilakowsky assembled a 42 piece professional orchestra for performances of the Nutcracker with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre which ran for two consecutive seasons at the Collins Center in Andover, Massachusetts where he also contracted orchestras for concerts with performers such as Al Martino and Anna Maria Albergetti.

Shilakowsky has assembled and conducted orchestras, including the Victorian Strings and Shilakowsky's Strauss Ballroom Orchestras. Join the many satisfied customers of Musicians Unlimited for all your musical needs.

Musicians Unlimited of Boston is now operating as part of, still hand-picking the best entertainers...groups and individuals for all types of events and venues. Please have fun surfing our website and feel free to contact us with questions or suggestions.

Yours Truly,

Harris Shilakowsky
