Bach Unaccompanied Sonatas
Salut D’Amor (Elgar), Largo from Xerxes by Handel
A Thousand Years by David Hodges & Christina Perri
One song for the Wedding Party Processional. I’ll pick one of my own favorites, like JS Bach’s Air on the G String or the Arioso from Cantata #156 unless I get a sponsor who pays 2,500 notes or more. That sponsor will get to choose from my list of processional pieces, or may pick a new song or piece of your own preference for me to perform.
I’ll perform 1 piece from the Bridal Processional music library … G by Johann Pachelbel, arranged by Shilakowsky.
I’ll perform 1 upbeat piece or song for the Recessional; Rondeau by Mouret or La Rejouissance by Handel
Of the 3 songs I’m performing at our Reception, I think I might create a new jazzed up version of Joplin’s Maple Leaf Rag. One of our sponsors who donates 1,000 notes or more can choose one of those from either my popular song list or the classics list.
What song or pieces should I perform?
Sponsors (pay 1,000 notes) will get to Choose from one of my lists of songs or musical compositions...or pick a new song! If you book me or one of my groups (link) to play at your wedding, I’ll discount the cost of booking musicians by 50% of the value of your sponsorship! That in addition to all sponsors over 500 notes get a free download of the Rosin Dust Wedding Album when its released, and a signed poster.
Since there are SO many songs and pieces that I've played for brides & grooms and their families and friends over the years, this will be just the first of a series of concerts...my new series of Rosin Dust Concerts.
